Which services do you offer?
I mainly work as Brand or Design Consultant. This includes customized Brand study, research, analysis, strategy and Brand Design Usage Guidelines. (Please note, I do not plan for sales growth and marketing spends for any brand – I may share my opinion based on the association with the brand.)
Do you offer any services other than Brand strategy?
Yes. Apart from Brand Strategy Consultation, I provide a range of services including but not limited to Logo Identity Design, Stationery Design, Digital and Print collaterals, Posters, Package design, Display Design.
We already have a team, can you work along with our team?
Yes. I can share my reviews and inputs with your team and work on your project with a collaborative effort.
Do you work on individual small projects?
I love to work on any project with potential. Some of my clients are small companies, non-profit organizations and individuals. But unfortunately, due to my workload, I cannot work on small projects like UI tweaks, minor edits.
We don’t have the content ready, can we start the assignment with dummy design?
Um.. we can start the Brainstorming, strategic discussions, but to start the actual design process, it’s better to have your content ready. It helps in creating best suitable content on time.
How much do you charge?
I wish there is a straight answer to it. I have categorized the consultation service offerings. However, design services are not so easily quantifiable as the requirement varies for each and every project. So a fixed assignment fee or per hour format can be worked out.
Do you offer printing services?
No. I do not provide printing services directly. With other projects, at times, it gets complex for proofing and execution. In certain cases, I can act as an intermediary for your printer at your request or simply provide you with all final files to take to your printer.
I have many things in my project, can we arrange for a monthly retainer fee for you to create things for us?
I have clients who have retained my services on a long-term basis or ongoing project. By paying a flat monthly retainer fee (with a 3 months minimum contract), I can work with you/your company, in collaboration with your in-house teams, vendors. This can often be a more economical method compared to getting each project done individually.
What are you billing policies?
I normally kick start the assignment after Quotation approval and Purchase Order with 50% advance or a Retainer contract. And yes, I hate foul negotiations and bargains. As it’s not just about money, it’s about originality in concept and/ or design.
